Order Returns With Fast Promotional Products NZ

Got a problem with your order? It's rare but sometimes things happen. We will accept product returns if your order meets the following conditions;

  • Product defective or faulty upon arrival: All faulty products will be returned and examined before replacement or refund depending on availability.
  • Incorrect items received:  If you receive promotional products from us that differ significantly from the items you have approved and paid for, contact our sales team immediately. Our professional staff will devise the fastest, most cost-effective way to have the products picked up and returned before organising delivery of the correct item to your location.
  • Damage during delivery: Damage incurred during delivery with a third party courier can only be claimed on your behalf from the courier company itself. Please contact a sales team member to assist with this process.
  • Undersupply of products: We reserve the right to under or over delivery by 1-5% of the total unit order. The shortage can be resupplied, credited or refunded if you contact us within two weeks of your order's arrival.

When Are Returns Not Accepted?

  • Change of mind: All custom branding processes applied to our merchandise is irreversible. Therefore once production begins of your order, no returns or refunds can be accepted. Please ensure you examine your artwork proof in detail before approval to minimise the chance of any issues with decoration.
  • Late delivery: We will always do our best to ensure your promotional products leave our factory on time. However, as we utilise third party courier companies for delivery around New Zealand, we cannot guarantee an exact date or time of arrival once the shipping process is underway. Sometimes deliveries will be delayed by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme traffic or weather conditions. If your delivery deadline is urgent, please discuss the details in advance with our friendly sales team to ensure that all action can be taken in advance to ensure you get your goods on time. We cannot refund you for late or delayed deliveries.
  • A product is damaged through improper use (intentionally or unintentionally): If you are unsure what constitutes proper usage of a particular product, please discuss with our team before placing an order to ensure the product is right for your requirements. If you damage your products by using them incorrectly, we cannot refund your order.
