When you order from us, the process will go like this;

1) We Provide a Written Quotation for Your Products

Let us know which product you would like, how many units, and what branding decoration you may require. Our sales managers will have a tailored quote forwarded to you within one hour (business hours only). All quotations are obligation free. We will requote you as many times as you require and once you’re keen to proceed with an order, we ask that you forward through your logo for proofing.

2) Digital Artwork Proof of Your Logo on the Product

When you’re ready to proceed with an order, you forward through your logo design to us so that our graphic design team can draw up a formal proof of your artwork on the product for approval. If you’re unhappy with positioning or colours, we can help revise the look until you’re happy and wish to move to production.

3) Invoicing and Payment for Your Order

Production of your order can only begin once we invoice you in full, based on our quotation, and you pay the invoice amount in full. We do not offer credit terms for standard consumers; payment must be received upfront before production. New Zealand and Australian government bodies are the only exceptions to this rule. Payment methods we accept include;

• Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)
• EFT or direct bank transfer
• Cheque

All credit card payments are subject to a merchant’s fee surcharge of 1.38% (Mastercard and VISA) or 1.825% (AMEX).

4) Production and Delivery of Your Promotional Products

We decorate our products locally, in the heart of Singapore so whether you’re in Lim Chu Kang or Geylang, we’ll get your promotional products to you fast. Once your payment is received, we begin production immediately. General turnaround times for orders within Singapore are as follows;

• Fast Turnaround Option = 2-7 working days

• Standard Production Option = 10 working days
